Important Notice to Producers: SuranceBay is a software service provider for Carriers, Agencies, and Producers. If you work with multiple agencies that utilize SureLC, your login credentials must be unique for each agency relationship. Also, you'll need to bookmark and use each agency's dedicated SureLC URL when logging in. 

For example, you registered for a new profile at ABC Agency last month. When you registered, you used a weblink specific to ABC Agency, which allowed you to access your profile with ABC Agency. You received your activation email during the registration, including your activation link. This link lets you activate your profile AND create your password. The password you created is unique to your profile under ABC Agency. 

A month from now, you must log back into your SureLC profile under ABC Agency. You will again need to use the web link unique to ABC Agency AND the User ID email and Password you created when you registered.

Please Note: You CANNOT use the activation link in the activation email you received when you registered with ABC Agency more than once.  

Let's go ahead and expand on this. Let's say you will now contract under another agency that uses SureLC. We'll call this agency XYZ Insurance. You may think you can use the SureLC link and login credentials you already have for your ABC Agency profile. This is not true; the web link and login credentials you already have are UNIQUE to ABC Agency. 

You must use the web link unique to XYZ Insurance. Even though you already have a profile under ABC Agency, you still need to register as a New User using the web link unique to XYZ Insurance. 

When you register as a new user under XYZ Insurance, you will again receive an activation email allowing you to activate your XYZ Insurance profile and create a password that is unique to that profile.

Please Note: Each profile you have can use the same email address as the login User ID, BUT each profile MUST have a different password. 

So now you have two online contracting profiles. One at ABC Agency and another at XYZ Insurance. These profiles are separate from one another. 

If you want to log in to your XYZ Insurance profile, use the web link unique to XYZ Insurance AND the User ID and Password you set up during registration. The same holds if you want to log into your ABC Agency profile. You need to use the web link unique to ABC Agency AND the login credentials you set up when you created that profile. 

If you use the web link unique to ABC Agency BUT, use the login credentials for the XYZ Insurance profile. IT WILL NOT WORK, and vice versa. You'll receive an error message stating: 

If you have issues logging in, contact the agency through which you are contracting. Someone in their contracting department should be able to guide you as needed. They can share their dedicated weblink, direct you to their agency website (if you need to log in from there), or send you a password reset email.
