Normally, email notfications will be sent to producers to remind them to renew their state licenses before expiration. Whether this setting is enabled or not depends on your agency's account setup. However, if you are a producer and you don't want to receive these notifications you can disable this setting on the Licenses page within your SureLC profile. To disable this setting, do the following: 

Step 1: Login to your SureLC Profile 

Step 2: Select the Licenses page in the menu on the left. 

Step 3: Once at the licenses page, select the Settings button on the top right. Slide the "Producer notifications" button to the left to disable the notification emails.
