Royal Neighbors of America, and SuranceBay, worked together to make submitting contracting paperwork even easier. Effective 10/10/2023, when you process either Contract or Transfer requests through SureLC™, you'll receive the merged.pdf form in your inbox as you normally do. However, there will now be a watermark on the PDF forms that indicate the forms have been electronically submitted to the carrier.
Contracting paperwork is received electronically by the carrier every 15-30 minutes. So, upon follow-up with the carrier they should have everything to process the request shortly after you've submitted it.
This means that you should NOT forward the paperwork (email, fax, snail mail, etc.) to the carrier - they'll receive it directly from SureLC™ and they will process the request accordingly. This is designed to streamline the process for your agency, your producers, and Royal Neighbors to provide a quicker turn-around and more secure process for everyone involved.
⚠️ALERT: Only the first appointment request for a producer will be submitted electronically. All subsequent appointment requests for a producer must be emailed to the carrier. This is to prevent duplicate agent #'s from being assigned.
Supported Request Types
- Contracts
- Transfers
For Hierarchy, Additional States, or Payment (EFT account change request) - you should continue submitting these requests types as you normally would (email, fax, snail mail, etc.).
How It Works
On the last step within SureLC, you will see an indication that reads: "Will Be Submitted Electronically", as shown below (Contracts and Transfers only).
After you "Process" the request, you will receive an email with a PDF copy of the paperwork for your records. Please note, the PDF file that you receive will be watermarked with "Electronically sent to carrier, do not submit."
Royal Neighbors will receive the data and contract directly for automated processing on their end, there is nothing further you need to do.
