SureLC Training Overview

We’re excited to help you get started with SureLC. Your live training session will run approximately 2 hours, depending on attendance and the number of questions. The session can be recorded—just let your trainer know at the start.


How to Get the Most Value

For the best experience, we recommend:

  • Assigning a primary presenter from your team
  • This person should share their screen and actively participate
  • Ideally, the presenter is responsible for contract reviews and processing. 

Your trainer will guide you step by step as you work directly in the system.


Training Agenda

Part 1: Login & Agency Setup

Goal: Ensure your agency is fully configured and ready to operate in SureLC.

You will:

  • Log in as an agency admin
  • Review and update key settings, including:
    • Agency details, principals, and notifications
    • Validation rules and custom links
    • Affiliations and carrier restrictions
    • Admin users and roles
    • Carrier setup, hierarchies, and commissions
    • Group E&O policies

Part 2: Producer Setup & Profiles

Goal: Learn how to onboard and manage your producers efficiently.

You will:

  • Register a sample producer
  • Explore multiple onboarding methods (direct, custom link, affiliation link)
  • Review and complete a producer profile
  • Understand both:
    • The producer experience (web interface)
    • The agency view (managing producer records)

Part 3: Contracting Workflow

Goal: Confidently create, manage, and process carrier contracts.

You will:

  • Submit new contract requests (producer & agency workflows)
  • Use batch processing with Fast Lane
  • Review and manage contracts via:
    • Work Inbox
    • Contracting Requests
  • Practice key actions such as:
    • Processing requests
    • Updating contract status
    • Downloading paperwork
    • Removing unnecessary requests

We’ll wrap up with an open discussion to address your questions and any additional topics.
