New Agency SureLC Training Agenda

We're looking forward to getting you started with SureLC. Training will take between 90 - 120 minutes depending on the # of attendees and questions.  Training will be hosted over zoom and can be recorded (just let the trainer know you would like to record the session). It's highly recommended that one of your team members attending the training be designated as the presenter. The presenter will share their screen and will get some valuable hands on experience using SureLC during the training session. The ideal presenter is whoever will be handling the majority of your agency's contract reviews and processing. The trainer will guide the presenter and your agency through the training session. Training will be completed in three parts:

PART I: LOGGING IN & AGENCY SETUP REVIEW  

We'll start by logging into SureLC (via surelc.com) as an agency admin. Once logged in, we'll begin the training by reviewing and updating your agency settings. These are the master settings for your agency. During part I, we'll review the following topics and update the settings as needed.  For more information about any of these topics click on the section header.

PART II: PRODUCER REGISTRATION & PROFILE REVIEW  

During part II, we'll register a test producer, complete the producer registration, and then review and update the producer pofile using the SureLC Producer Web Interface. Producers can use the web interface to manage their profile and submit new carrier contract requests to your agency. Unless your agency will be managing producer profiles, if so we'll review the producer registration process and producer profile in SureLC from the agency point of view. We'll review the following topics:

During part III, we'll review the different ways that new carrier contracts can be created. This includes from the SureLC producer web interface (from the producer point of view), and how to create and send new carrier contract requests as emails to the producer from SureLC.
