BUG FIXES

  • Add producer - Addresses logic: Residential address was filled with Business address in case if Residential address is missing in the PDB report.
  • Hierarchy/Signatures data for already existing appointment request weren't updated if some data were changed in related producer's / firm's profiles.
  • Agency Setup > General Info Tab: the Licenses callout did not display all required content ('Agency Manages LIcenses' checkbox wasn't visible in whole).
  • Appointment request paperwork: part of the content was missing from some uploaded PDF forms after inclusion into the merged.pdf file.
  • Forgot password: wrong application logic for the case when producer is linked to multiple agencies.
  • Forgot password: wrong application logic for the case when entered cell phone is not unique (e.g. is the same for at least one other producer).
  • Background Screening Requests: UI usability improved (screening type selection made more intuitive).
  • Questions Tab: Date field properties were not adapted to the question's content.
  • Questions Tab: Explanations & Court Documents form(s) were shown as still attached to the question even after being archived or the form type changed within the Scan Tab.
  • SCAN Tab usability and performance improved (action buttons hidden into a separate callout, preview logic changed to not cause SCAN tab freezing).
  • Appointment request stage: appointment request could be created by producer in 'BGA' stage without actually submitting it to the BGA.
  • Appointment request was automatically changed to 'BGA' on passing from the 3rd step (Miscellaneous) to the 4th step (Hierarchy & Commissions).
  • Appointment request: 'Process button was enabled even if no option is selected in the "Email to:" section.
  • DBA Tab --> 'Soliciting For:' list - names order/sorting corrected and made more intuitive.
  • Appointment request --> 3rd step (Miscellaneous): 'Request Review' button was enabled and email with the request for review to the producer could be sent even if there is no questions to display for role = 'producer'.
  • When the producer answers carrier specific questions, and submits their answers to the BGA, the system sent email notification to BGA as if the producer created the appointment request - now, specific email template is used for this case.
  • Work Inbox - the appointment request's state change was not properly processed.
  • Agency Setup > Administrators Tab: when some data (password, last name, first name, cell) of already existing administrator are edited, changes couldn't be applied if administrator's email turned out not to be unique in the system, although email was not edited.
  • SCAN Tab: If the end-user un-archives archived Signature Authorization Page when there is an active Signature Authorization Page already - they were getting 2 Signature Authorization Pages active in the SCAN tab at the same time.
  • Agency Setup --> Carriers --> Download Forms button - old forms that do not exist in production for the BGA to Carrier pair, stayed in the destination folder after forms download, if they were downloaded earlier.
  • SCAN Tab: forms order was somewhat unpredictable in the forms list - now all forms are sorted by formId (last added are at the bottom, first added are at the top).
  • Entity / Direct Deposit information was not properly included into data.xml for the Business Entity producer that selected producer is solicitor for.
  • Billing and Payments: transactions balance auto-replenishment failed after BGA changes expired or invalid credit card to the new one (new credit card ID was not applied to the auto-replenishment settings).
  • Single-Sign-On (SSO): Invalid values couldn't be edited if fields were set as not visible and/or not editable - the End-User just saw 'Add Me' button disabled and no notification what exactly is wrong.  Validation message was added and problematic fields are forcibly enabled to allow editing for such cases.
  • Agency Setup > Administrators Tab: Newly added Affiliation was not available in various menu lists until re-login is made.
  • History Tab: from/to dates were wrongly displayed in some cases.
  • SCAN tab: non-intuitive filter component behavior fixed.
  • Appointment Request submitted by producer: Multiple Notification emails were sent if 'Submit' button is clicked more than once by the producer.
  • Licenses Tab: Inactive Lines of Authority were displayed on the licenses forms.
  • Appointment Request: when already existing appointment request is opened, hierarchy/signatures data were not updating if something in was changed in the related profiles.
  • SCAN Tab: 'Uploaded:' timestamp on the forms was changed on every form change (elg., manually changed form type or archive/unarchive actions).
  • Agency Setup > E&O Tab: the same affiliation could be covered by more than one E&O group policy at the same time.
  • Agency Setup > Carriers > 'Set Affiliation' feature didn't work for BGA's that don't have sub-agency access activated and 'Strict Affiliations' mode switched off.
  • When sub-agency worker creates an appointment request on behalf of a producer and submits it to the BGA, wrong email notification was sent - as if the producer submitted the request themselves. New email template now used.
  • Agency Setup > Administrators Tab: Newly added affiliation was split into several affiliations, if a comma(s) were present in the affiliation name.
  • Add Producer to BGA: Phone/Fax/Cell values entered in the add producer view, were not saved anywhere after producer is added to BGA, if the producer's profile already existed in SureLC before. Now these values are saved into the producer's NIPR tab if they were empty, otherwise - they are saved as 'Other' Phone/Fax values in the DBA tab.
  • BGA Workflow - Producer's DBA Tab - DBA Business Entity - Add Firm without NIPR - unnecessary balance check blocked adding if transactions balance is low.
  • Appointment request created by sub-agency worker: 'Submit' button was missing on the last step if the carrier requires forms review by the producer.

 

 

NEW FEATURES

  • Forgot Password feature expanded to enable using by agency administrators via username value.
  • Integration with Banner Life / William Penn (electronic direct submission to carrier).
  • Bootstrap feature for desktop application: desktop application won't require full re-installation anymore for the application to update - it just downloads updated modules after launch.
  • 'Applicant' option added to Commissions / HIerarchy schedule in the 'Strict' mode.
  • Custom Validation Rules for 'Request Appointment' button for producer - now BGA will be able to specify how complete must be the producer's profile before the producer can create a new appointment request.
  • Master E&O policy with 'Certificate' type: BGA setup UI, producer workflow, forms, sync between master policy and child policy.
  • Licenses Renewals: eligibility check performance improved.
  • DBA Tab > Contact info for appointments: address logic has been significantly changed - both addresses types - Mailing and Business - are now available for any business type in Contact info section, no 'behind the scenes' logic anymore, 'Other address' option is available for Mailing address as well now.
  • NIPR Tab: Producer's Business address from PDB report is shown there not depending on the DBA type.
  • Producer's profile > History Tab: Ability to enter addresses outside USA was added.
  • Multiple FMO / Hierarchy / Commissions / agent codes support for appointment requests (requested for American General, but implemented as an extendable feature for any carrier needed in the future).
  • Appointment Request: Email address check on request to producer for review - to prevent sending requests to another BGA.
  • Agency Setup > Billing & Payments Tab - redesigned to improve usability and support code reuse.
  • Questions Tab: 'All No' button removed for the role = 'producer'.
  • Questions Tab: Explanation View: Usability improvements (some changes to preview logic that prevent UI from freezing).
  • Producer Forms: Some form types (Unknown, Archived, CheckList, ClearCert, Credit Report Authorization, HIstory, Questionnaire, E&O form for 'C' policy type) were made agency specific.
  • Integration with ClearCert (Appointment Request Based Workflow).
  • UI lock after 5 mins of inactivity introduced.
  • Producer's Profile > NIPR Tab + Agency Setup > General Info: 'Copy address' buttons added to the address editor.
  • Web Reports added based on Jasper Reports (allowing to add new reports/fix existing reports without SureLC application update).
  • Ability to add administrator to BGA with the same email they have as administrator in another agency and/or as a producer.
  • SCAN Tab: EU can designate now if uploaded multi-page form should be split into a number of single-page forms, or saved as one multi-page document.
  • SCAN Tab: Split & Merge Feature - EU can merge wrongly split forms back or split multi-page form into a number of single-page forms.
  • Agency Setup > General Info: AMS Integration indicator was added (e.g. SmartOffice or AgencyIntegrator).
  • Agency Setup > General Info: A checkbox 'Show affiliation list to producers' visible for Office Managers only was added to allow BGAs to hide affiliations list from producers when they add themselves to the BGA.
  • DBA Tab > Company Info for 'Business Entity' DBA Type - UI adjusted to new W-9 form requirements.
  • Reports: 'Appointments by Producer' report was updated to include only processed appointment requests; new field 'Processed By' was added.
  • Agency Setup > Add Config Tool - Office Managers can now create links for sharing without requiring SuranceBay Front Desk Team to provide. 
  • Appointment Request - Request for Review to producer: Confirmation IP and Confirmation Date are captured not only for the case when the carrier requires forms review by the producer, but in any case when producer makes an appointment request by the BGA.
