Why Isn't The Producer's Residential Address Showing When The PDB Is Pulled?

Dennis Pavluk -

There have been some changes in the way the National Insurance Producers (NIPR) Database handles agent information. Some states treat producer addresses as confidential information and is no longer available in the Producer Database (PDB) Report. For this reason at times you will see that addresses are missing from a producer;s profile when the PDB is pulled. (see screen shot below) When this occurs you, or the agent, must manually input the address information.

To manually input the producer's address, click Edit button, fill in the required fields and click Done

The following states are now treating Resident Address in the PDB as confidential information and the address will not display on the PDB:

Alaska

California

Florida

Hawaii (Also includes Mailing Address)

Illinois

Maryland

Minnesota (Also includes Mailing Address)

Nevada.

New Jersey

Oklahoma
