The Assignment of Commissions is no longer offered with Genworth.  For any LOA arrangements, SureLC will designate on Genworth's Hierarchy form (PIF page 9) that the producer is at a ZERO comp level, and place the Producer's Assignee in the hierarchy.

The comp level designation  along with the assignee added to the hierarchy section of this PIF page 9 is all you need to designate the producer earning zero compensation.  (See example below).
