How to allocate Compensation Levels  

Each product listed on the transmittal is logically tied to a couple things

• PRODUCT SELECTION - Please ensure all products you need to populate on the transmittal have also been selected in step 2 of the contracting process.

• COMPENSATION LEVEL - The carrier allocates a percentage, Comp Code, and Level Selection for every product.  Please only indicate the Level Selection as indicated at the top of each product category on the carrier's transmittal.   Providing more information than the Level Selection number will cause the form to NOT populate data as intended.
