For Allianz, there are different signatures that are required for contracting paperwork. 

First, the producer needs to "sign" the paperwork.  Allianz is one of the carriers whereby the producer needs to "confirm" the contracting paperwork prior to their signature being applied to the appointment paperwork.  

All Upline signatures are individually selected in the final step of the contracting process. (Please see screenshot below).  You'll simply use the signature drop-down menus to select each upline signature needed.

Please notice the signature selection and your Hierarchy page settings all follow suit with the carrier's Transmittal format.  Starting with the GA Signature and ending with the FMO signature (Low to High).  Only select as needed.
