HOW DO WE GET ACCESS TO THE PREFERRED FORMS?
We work very closely with Allianz and have all Preferred forms on file. However, the Preferred agreement requires approval with Allianz before releasing the forms for your agency.
To help expedite this approval process please send a request to our Support Team (firstname.lastname@example.org) confirming a couple things for us:
- Does your agency currently hold an active Preferred contract?
- Who is the FMO on your agency's Preferred contract?
HOW TO PROCESS PREFERRED REQUESTS
Once Allianz has verified and granted access to the Preferred forms, you'll get a response back from SuranceBay indicating the approval is complete. We'll ensure the Preferred carrier selection is added to your SureLC carrier assortment.
Please note the PREFERRED forms will need to be processed separately under the carrier labeled "Allianz - PREFERRED".
