This carrier requires prior approval before allowing forms to be uploaded and viewable through SureLC.

 

Please contact National Life Group at NLGagencyupdates@nationallife.com and they will be able to assist further in getting the proper package code and approval in place...... This is called the Short Form process, when it's placed through SureLC.

 

Once they've approved the short form process, they'll notify us directly with the proper forms for your Agency Set-up.
