Consumer Investigation Authorization (CIA) / Producer Terms & Conditions Forms

Chris Toth -

Why are these forms missing from SureLC?

The Consumer Investigation Authorization (CIA) form and Producer Terms and Conditions form is something John Hancock requires only once on its producers. These forms are requested by a separate Compliance Team after the contracting forms have been submitted to John Hancock's L&C Team for relevant producers.

John Hancock's Compliance Team reviews if the Producer needs to have these forms completed.....It's only required once, even if the producer transfers to another marketing agency.

Once they've determined if this form is required, John Hancock delivers both forms to the Producer DIRECTLY.....This is the carrier's required method of administering this requirement.

Unfortunately because this form is something the carrier prefers to manage, we don't include it within the SureLC software. Or, perhaps more strongly stated, John Hancock's Compliance Department required SuranceBay to remove access to this form from being available within SureLC.
