Gerber's LIFE division does not require a copy of a voided check when the contract is processed through SureLC.  This division decided to eliminate this document since the forms are so clear when processing through SureLC it was just not needed on their end.  

Any contracts that are being manually completed, a copy of the Producer's voided check will need to be included. 

Additionally though, any contracts processed for their MEDSUPP channel will have this document included, as they have different requirements.
