This article describes the steps for producers to recover their login User ID email or Password when you are unable to log in to SureLC.

Username Recovery

1. If you do not know the user id/email address that you registered with SureLC used with your IMO/agency, click Password Recovery on the log in menu.

 2. Next, choose Producer.

3. Enter your SSN and DOB, then click Next

 4. The User ID will be displayed, this is your SureLC login username.

Go to the SureLC log in screen and enter your user id email & password to login to the system to continue with any business you may have. If you do not know the password associated with your User ID email select Create new password.

 

Password Reset

NOTE: AS A SECURITY MEASURE, PRODUCERS AND AGENCY WORKERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESET THEIR SURE LC PASSWORD EVERY 90 DAYS

If you do not remember the associated password for your User ID email you can reset it in the SureLC application yourself. First, enter the email used as your Username in the Email field and then click Password Recovery.

If you are a producer select Producer. If you are an Agency worker or Administrator, select BGA or Carrier Back Office Employee.

For BGA Employees, enter your User ID email and then click Reset My Password.

The system will ask you where to send your password reset code (text or email). Choose your preferred delivery method.

Once you get the code, enter it in the field and click Apply Code and you'll be taken to the password creation screen.

For Producers, enter your SSN and DOB, then click Next

Choose Create New Password then click Next

Next, choose where you want the Password Reset Code e-mail sent. If you no longer have access to the e-mail address the system shows as your log on e-mail, or you've completed the password recovery process, but did not get the password reset e-mail, choose to send the reset code to your cell phone as a text.  Once you have made your choice, click Next

You'll then get a pop up telling you that an identification code has been sent to the e-mail address/cell phone number you chose on the previous step. Click OK, then go check your e-mail.

If you don't see the reset e-mail in your inbox be sure and check your Spam/Junk folder.

Once you get the code from the e-mail, type it into the Identification Code field, then click Next

Next, enter the new password to use to log in for this SureLC profile. Remember to follow the password rules when creating your new password. Once complete, click Next

If you've done everything correctly, you'll get a confirmation message stating your password was updated successfully.

Click Finish to get back to the SureLC log in screen where you can use your e-mail and newly reset password to log in.
