When you login to SureLC, there is an Icon labeled Web Reports.
WHERE IS THE WEB-REPORTS ICON?
The screenshot below shows the location of the icon:
WHAT ARE WEB-REPORTS?
Web-Reports are reports that SuranceBay has made available based on requests submitted by your agency. At times you may find that some Web-Reports have been added for your agency automatically.
If your agency would like a specific report, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
HOW WEB-REPORTS WORK
When you click Web Reports in SureLC, a browser tab opens. The browser opens depends on your configured default web-browse. For example, if your default web-browser is Internet Explorer, then Internet Explorer opens a separate tab displaying SureLC Web-Reports. Likewise, if your default browser is Google Chrome, Google Chrome opens a separate tab displaying SureLC Web Reports.
I NEED A REPORT - HOW DO I GET ONE?
Note that your agency incurs a custom-development charge for specific reports that are not re-usable for other agencies. To request a report, as well as an estimate of the cost associated with developing the report, email email@example.com with an Excel Spreadsheet that includes Column Headers that indicate the type of information you want. SuranceBay's Support Team will provide you an estimate of the amount of time and money it will take to include your report. Once your report is included in SureLC, you can run the report as often as you like without any additional charges.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WEB REPORTS AND REPORTS?
Reports in SureLC includes reports that SuranceBay has built for our users since SuranceBay's inception. CLICK HERE for more information on what reports are available. These reports were developed or revised up to, and including, SureLC 3.0 release on June 9th, 2014. Web Reports includes reports that SuranceBay has provided to all agency users or reports that your agency has requested for itself.
As of this writing (July 4th, 2014), the SuranceBay Team is working to move all Reports to Web-Reports for consistency. This process will occur over the coming months, so continue to use both Reports as well as Web-Reports.
