"Why is it that when I Log into SureLC.com I don't have access to the Admins page?"
It's because your admin account has not been given Agency Manager access in SureLC. ONLY the admins designated as agency managers will have access to the Admins page where admin profiles can be managed.
When your administrative profile was created in SureLC, whomever set you up had the option to define which user role would be assigned and you were designated as an agency worker.
"But I need access to the Admins page because (insert your reason here)"
Well, you will need to get someone at your agency that has Agency Manager access to go into your profile and change your assigned user role to Agency Manager. They can do this by following the steps below:
- The person with Agency Manager access needs to login to SureLC.com and go to Admins page.
- Once there, they need to locate your profile and then click on the Actions button at the end of the row and choose Edit to open your profile.
- On your profile, under Admin Setup the answer to question 2 must be changed from No to Yes. This question states "Is this admin authorized to create and edit other admin accounts?*".
- Once done, they just need to choose Save & Exit to update your profile and you'll now have access to the Admins tab in the navigation menu.
