When I'm processing contracts, SOMETIMES the producer's E&O declaration page is NOT included in the carrier forms bundle?" 

Some carriers do not require a physical copy of the producer's E&O declaration page.  

• E&O may not be required at all.
• Or the carrier may only need the policy details alone.

If the carrier only requires policy details, such as:

• Policy number
• Coverage amounts
• And expiration date

Those details are typically mapped somewhere within the carrier's contracting application.
