"Why is that when I add a Solicitor or Licensed Only Agent (LOA), when I click on the Solicitor For drop down on the producer's DBA Tab, his/her up line is not showing?" 

Who is the principle of the up-line? Once you know that, follow the steps below to remedy. 

1. Login to SureLC.com. On the Producers page, locate the producer and open their profile.

2. Select the DBA Tab.

3. Make sure the Has Solicitors check box is selected. If it's not checked, Check the box. 

4. Return to the LOA's producer profile and click on his/her DBA Tab. Click on the Solicitor For dropdown (assuming Licensed Only Agent is chosen). 

5. The principal (and their firm when set to business entity) should now be shown in the list. Select the proper principle. 

IF THE PRINCIPAL OR BUSINESS ENTITY IS STILL NOT SHOWING 

Make sure the Principal or Entity has completed their profile including checking the Has Solicitors check
box on their DBA Tab. Also make sure there is a signed Signature Authorization form uploaded to his/her Signature Tab within their profile.
