Bulk Importing

If you're a new agency and would like assistance with bulk-importing producers into your SureLC agency account using an Excel file, the SuranceBay support team can help. To bulk import producers, your agency MUST provide an Excel file that includes the following producer information in the following format: 
 

** Please note: NPN #, middle name, and Affiliation name are optional, and the affiliation column is not needed for SureLC One sponsored agencies**

Once the file has been created, please email it to support@surancebay.com and request a "bulk import" of the producers from the Excel file into your SureLC account. Finally, please let us know whether or not you want to send the activation email to the imported producers. Once the bulk import is complete, the producers will appear on the Producers page in your SureLC account.
