If you're a new agency and would like assistance bulk-importing producers into your SureLC agency account using an Excel file, the SuranceBay support team can help.

To bulk import producers, your agency MUST provide an Excel file that includes the following information in the following format: 

** Please note: NPN #, middle name, and Affiliation name are optional**

Once the file has been created, please email support@surancebay.com requesting to "bulk import" the producers from the Excel file into your SureLC account.

Also, please let us know whether or not you want to send the activation email to the imported producers.
