How to Resolve the "Application Update Error"

When using SureLC, if you receive the following error, use the instructions below to resolve the issue. 

 

 

Clear your Browser Cache  

For Google Chrome users:  

1. Select the More Options button on the top right of your browser settings.  

2. Select Settings near the bottom of the menu. 

3. Enter "Cache" into the search field. 

4. Select "Clear browsing data." 

5. Make sure "Cached images and files" is selected, and then select Clear Data. 

6. Log back into SureLC and retry. The issue should now be resolved.

For Microsoft Edge users: 

1. Select the More Options button on the top right of your browser settings.  

2. Select Settings near the bottom of the menu. 

3. Enter "Cache" into the search field. 

4. On the Clear browsing data now row, select "Choose what to clear" to the right. 

5. Make sure "Cached images and files" is selected, and then select Clear Now.  

6. Log back into SureLC and retry. The issue should now be resolved.

Please note, if you are using any other web browser you please make sure it's up to date and that you clear the browser cache and then retry. If you still get the error after updating your browser to the latest version and deleting your browser cache please contact the SuranceBay support team by sending a screenshot of the error to support@surancebay.com.
