Liberty Bankers has a core package of forms to contract NEW Producers that apply across all issuing companies and product lines:

In addition, there are addendum forms that apply to each specific product line. The full Core pkg along with related product addendum forms are needed to contract a NEW agent, whereas just the addendum forms are needed to ADD a product to an existing LBIG contract.
To drive the forms needed, there's a question highlighted Yellow in the carrier questions step. If the agent selects "YES", it will only produce the addendum forms to add an additional line of business to an existing contract.
If you need full contracting, please ensure that question is marked "No". This will ensure your producer receives the entire package of forms needed to get contracted.
