Fidelity & Guaranty and SuranceBay worked together to make submitting contracting paperwork even easier.  Effective Sept 27, 2024, all new requests will be submitted directly to Fidelity & Guaranty after processing the request in SureLC™. 

The following carriers are included in the integration:

• Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company
• Fidelity & Guaranty Life of New York

 

Supported Request Types for Direct Integration

• Contracts
• Transfers
• Additional State
• Payment (EFT account change request)

 

Request Types NOT Uploaded Electronically

Please note that the following request types are NOT electronically submitted to the carrier:

• Hierarchy (commission level) changes

For these request types processed through SureLC, you will still receive an email, and you should submit them to Fidelity & Guaranty as you normally would (email, fax, snail mail, etc.). 

 

⚠️ ALERT: ONLY the first Contract or Transfer request submitted for a producer will be sent electronically for this carrier. All subsequent contracting requests will be sent via email.

 

How It Works

On the last step within SureLC, you will see an indication that reads: "Will Be Submitted Electronically", as shown below.

 

After you "Process" the request, you will receive an email with a PDF copy of the paperwork for your records. Please note, the PDF file that you receive will be watermarked with "Electronically sent to carrier, do not submit." 

Fidelity & Guaranty will receive the data and contract directly for automated processing on their end, there is nothing further you need to do.

 

Integration is REQUIRED for Fidelity & Guaranty

Fidelity & Guaranty does not accept requests submitted via email, agencies are required to submit via the integration.  If your agency wishes to disable the integration for any reason, please contact the carrier directly at: contracting.escalations@fglife.com.
