This article explains how to add carrier product training documents to your SureLC profile. Once added, the documents can be included with your new carrier contract submissions when needed.
Step 1: Log into your SureLC profile and select the "Profile Documents" page in the navigation menu.
Step 2: Select the "Add New Document" button on the top right.
Step 3: Using the file explorer, locate the carrier product training document—once selected, open the document to upload it to your profile.
Step 4: Once added to your profile, the document will have an unknown file. Select the "Fix" button to change the file type.
Select "Carrier Product Training" as the document type.
Step 5: Once carrier product training documents have been added, they will be available for selection at the bottom of the "Training" step within your new carrier contract requests. Select the checkbox next to any carrier product training document to include it in the contract submission.
