Once a producer successfully self-registers for a new SureLC profile with an agency using the agency's custom link, they will receive an account activation email. The producer will use this email to validate their email address and create a password for their profile. |

|
A successful activation email is sent after a producer successfully self-registers from the account activation email. It includes the custom link for the agency for future reference. The link is helpful when the producer forgets to bookmark the login page. |

Request Review |

|
When a new carrier contract "Request Review" is sent to a producer from their agency, they will receive an email. To access the contract request, they can select the "Start Your Review" button in the email and quickly authenticate by entering the last six digits of their SSN and DOB. This will start the contract review via email. |

When the Remind feature is used for pending contract requests still at the "At Producer" stage, a new request review email will be sent to the producer with an urgent subject. The email will be sent from contracts@surancebay.com. The Remind option is available from the Work Inbox (actions list at the end of the row) and the Contracting Requests page of the producer profile. But only for contracting requests still at the "At Producer" stage. |

License Renewal Reminder |

When license notifications are enabled, SureLC will email your producers to remind them to renew their state licenses before expiration. The default period is 1 month before expiration. The email will be sent from licensing@surancebay.com with the subject of "Licence Renewal Notice for (license states up for renewal)". These emails are controlled from Agency settings -> License Notifications: systemwide or producers can disable the email notifications from the licenses tab in their profile. |

Send Contract to Producer |

When you select "Send to: Producer" on the last step of a carrier contract review, a confirmation email will be sent to the producer when the contracting paperwork has been sent to the carrier with a copy of the contracting request.

New producers will receive an email with an E&O insurance offer through CalSurance. The program was set up with CalSurance to make it easy for new producers to obtain E&O insurance. When E&O is purchased through CalSurance, the E&O policy and certificate will automatically be added to the producer profile.

When your producer's E&O insurance is about to expire, they will receive an email reminding them to renew before expiration. The email will be sent 30 days before, 15 days before, and on the expiration day if it is not updated in SureLC. |

When a new SureLC profile is registered with the same SSN, last name, and DOB but with a different email address, a notification email will be sent to the producer. If the producer registered the new profile and email, no additional action needs to be taken. If not, they should contact SuranceBay support for assistance. |
