Overview
The Producers module can now be used in addition to the 'Info & Appointments' module, and will eventually replace it entirely. The main purpose of the Producers module is to show more producer information on one screen, saving time and effort. The screen is composed of 10 sections, or panels. Click once on any producer in the list to display their info in the other sections, or double-click on a producer to open their profile.

1. Top Header
The following options are available using the top header above from left to right:
Help - Click to access support information. From here you can watch a video tutorial.
Remember/forget - Select the pushpin button button to either remember or forget the last view of the producers screen when using search.
Affiliations Filter - Click to filter the producer list by affiliation.
Producers Filter - Click on the producers filter to list the producers by type. The following types can be selected when using this filter:
Expiring Requirements - Only show producers with expiring requirements
ALL Errors - Only show producers with errors
AML Errors - Only show producers who have AML errors
EnO Errors - Only show producers with E&O errors
ALL Warnings - Only show producers with warnings
Marked - Only show producers labeled as 'Marked'
Active Producers - Only show producers labeled as 'Active'
Archived - Only show producers labeled as 'Archived'
All Producers - Show ALL producers
Search Field - Search for a producer by name. Here you can search by first name, last name, and first and last name.
Add Producer - Click here to add a new producer to SureLC.
2. Producer List
This section lists producers alphabetically by name by default. Clicking a column heading will re-sort the list by in ascending or descending order. Click once to select a producer to view their related information in the other sections. Double click the producer row to open the producer's profile.
A warning icon will appear beside producers who have validation errors that must be resolved before appointment requests can be requested. Those errors will be shown in bold red text in the Status column.
Status text color depends on the severity of the issue. When there aren't any issues the status will show ‘No Issues’ in green. Yellow statuses indicate warnings. Red statuses are more urgent errors.
Here are just some examples of statuses that will appear:
No Issues - This is shown when there aren't any problems preventing the selected producer from submitting new appointment requests. When you see this the producer profile is in good standing.
E&O Policy expires soon - You'll see this when the producer's E&O insurance policy will expire soon.
Voided Check Missing - The producer profile is missing the voided check on their EFT tab.
License Expired - This message will be shown in red text when the producer has an expired license that should be renewed.
No valid AML training - The producer is missing their AML training information.
Missing Signature Authorization - The signed signature authorization form is missing from from the producer profile.
Missing Active Licenses - The producer does not have any active licenses.
Missing E&O policy info - The producer is missing their E&O policy information.
Suspicious Phone Number used too often - The same phone number is used for more than one agent. If multiple agents are working at the same location you can add the main phone number to office phones in Agency L&C setup / General Info to remove this warning message.
3. Notes
This section shows the history of all comments and changes made to the producer profile over time listed newest to oldest. To add a new comment enter the text into the field provided and click on the + button. The numeric badge shows the total number of notes. These notes are also displayed within the producer card on the Info & Appointments screen.
4. Attachments
This is where the producer’s uploaded file attachments are stored. Click the cloud button to import documents into SureLC. Click the pdf/image icon on the right of each document row to preview the document. The numeric badge icon shows the total number of attachments. These attachments* can also be accessed from the SCAN tab within the producer profile. (*Except for background reports obtained through the SureLC Background Screening service.)
5. Actions
This section is used to perform specific actions on the selected producer.
Update Producer Info From NIPR - View the last PDB report or manually update the producer info from NIPR. Note: there is a fee to download the latest PDB report from NIPR.
Mark active producer - Set the producer status to "Marked".
Archive Producer - Set the producer status to "Archived". When viewing the list of Archived producers, this Action will be replaced with "Activate" to set the status back to "Active".
Affiliation - Click to change the producer's affiliation.
Appointments - Select to open the appointment requests screen. From there you can view all pending appointment requests and submit new appointment requests.
Change Rating The rating tool is an optional method for an agency to mark what level of service they provide for different producers, similar to that kind of feature found in an AMS, or any other reason an agency can think of to use it!
6. Requirements
This section shows a list of Pending Requirements by default. Click the funnel button to toggle the filter between Pending Requirements and All Requirements. If the background screening feature is enabled for your agency you can click the + button to initiate a credit or criminal background check for the selected producer. For information about how to enable the background screening feature for your agency please contact support@surancebay.com.
7. Contacts
Click on the producer's name to view the producer information. Information includes gender, full name, DOB, last 4 digits of their SSN, email, phone number(s), and address(es).
8. Active Contracts
This section shows the selected producer's list of active contracts by carrier, agent number, product and original contracting date. Select any active contract to edit the contract record where you can change the contract status, products, start date and agent #. Click the numeric badge icon to toggle between active and terminated contracts.
9. Pending Requests
This section shows the current list of pending appointment requests for the selected producer. The default view shows the request type (contract, etc.), "Currently At" (stage where the request is in the workflow), and state(s). Click on any request to review additional details, take actions, or add notes.
Click the chevron button in the top right corner to expand or collapse this section. Click show more to see the full list of pending requests. Click the numeric badge on the top right to toggle between pending and completed requests.

10. Active Licenses
This section shows the the selected producer's active licenses by state. Click the numeric badge in the top right to toggle between active and inactive licenses. By default the first 3 licenses will be shown. Click show more to see the full list of licenses.
