HOW DO I KNOW WHICH CARRIERS APPLY TO MY AGENCY?

Each carrier has a unique package of forms.  To determine the carrier needed, take a closer look at the Checklist Forms you currently use.  Each will have a form Number in the bottom left corner that you can use as a guide.

Use the following list as a guide that maps the NEW carrier needed, to your Checklist Form #:

CAN I RENAME THESE CARRIERS?

Absolutely!

We understand the naming convention may be significant to you, and to Ameritas, but it may not be clear to your Producers.  If more than one Ameritas carrier division is needed you may want to better define each to eliminate any ambiguity, especially if both carrier's cross over the same product lines.

Our Carrier Alias feature allows you to re-label the carrier name to something more significant to your Producers.
