SureLC Logins & Passwords

This article explains how to login to SureLC as a producer, how to change your login User ID email, and how to reset your password. If you are having trouble logging into your SureLC profile or locating the correct web address to use to login please review the information below before calling SuranceBay support for assistance. 



How to Login

Where is the SureLC Login?

In order to register or login to SureLC, you MUST use a specific login link for your agency licensing department. This link is typically made available either on their web site or will be sent directly to you by email.

The link will look similar to  The # at the end of the link should be a specific number that belongs to your agency licensing department, and should be provided to you by your agency.  

If you don't have the link or you don't know the agency number to put in the link above, please contact your agency's licensing department. They will provide you with the correct link for new user registration & login.  

Once you have access to the SureLC link, you'll be brought to the following login page:  


If you don't see this login page, and instead receive an Adobe Flash is blocked message, please Click Here for a guide on how to enable Adobe Flash within your browser settings. 

Once at the login page enter your User ID email and Password to login, or you may select New User to register yourself with the agency.


Multiple SureLC Logins 

When registered with multiple agencies who use SureLC it's important to understand that each agency will have their own unique login page (web address). Your User ID email and password combination MUST be unique for each agency. You can use the same login User ID email for each agency login, as long as the passwords are different for each login. ALL agency login pages should be bookmarked and labeled appropriately to make future logins easier. 


Single Sign-On 

If your agency uses Single Sign-On (SSO), where you login to their web site and then access SureLC without a separate login, then all login questions must be directed to the agency.  The instructions on this page do not apply to SSO logins.

How to Change your Login User ID Email or Password

Step 1: If you need to change the User ID email used to access SureLC, you'll first need to login with your current User ID email. This will be the email address that you used when you registered with your agency. 


Step 2: Once logged in, you'll be taken to the SureLC Home page. Click Accounts & Settings to continue. 


Step 3: From the Preferences window you can change your login UserID email, change your login password, or delete your SureLC account with the agency you are logged into. Select Change UserID to update your login user id. Click Change password to update your password.  


Step 4: To change your login User ID enter the current password for your SureLC account. Type in the new email address you want to change your SureLC login UserID email to, enter it a 2nd time to confirm. Click Change email to save.    


Please Note: Changing your login User ID email DOES NOT change the contact email listed in your profile (My Info) on the NIPR tab or DBA. If you want to change the email address(es) in your profile, you MUST go to My Info to make that change.

How to Reset your Password

Step 1: Select Password Recovery on the login screen.


Step 2: Select Producer.  


Step 3: Enter your social security number and date of birth, then click Next


Step 4: Choose Create New Password then click Next


Step 5: Choose where you want the Password Reset Code email sent. If you no longer have access to the e-mail address the system shows as your log on User ID email, or you've completed the password recovery process, but did not get the password reset email, choose to send the reset code to your cell phone as a text.  Once you have made your choice, click Next


You'll then get a pop up telling you that an identification code has been sent to the email address/cell phone number you chose on the previous step. Click OK, then go check your e-mail or phone to obtain the code. 


If you don't see the reset e-mail in your inbox be sure and check your Spam/Junk folder. 


Step 6: Once you get the code from the email (or text), type it into the identification code field, then select Next


Step 7: Enter the new password in both boxes. Remember to follow the password rules when creating your new password. Select Next.


Step 8: If you've done everything correctly, you'll get a confirmation message stating your password was updated successfully. Be sure to record your updated password in a safe place for future reference. 


Click Finish to go back to the SureLC log in screen where you can enter your User ID email and newly reset password to log in. 

Please Note: As a security measure, producers MUST change their login password every 90 days. The software will prompt you to change your password when the 90 day limit is approaching or has passed.
