This article explains how to set up multi-factor authentication for your producers. When enabled, your producers must set up a cell phone number where they will be texted a security code whenever they log in to their SureLC profile for added security.  

Step 1: Go to SureLC.com and log in as an agency admin. 

Step 2: Select Agency Settings (gear icon) and then the SECURITY tab. 

Step 3: Set "Requires MFA For Producers" to Yes.
