This article explains how to log into SureLC as an agency admin. Please note that the agency's user interface is web-based. Virtually any modern browser can be used to access your SureLC agency account.

Step 1: Open your web browser and go to surelc.com. This is the universal login page for ALL agency and affiliate agency admins. Please bookmark this link for future access. 

Step 2: Select the Secure Sign-In button. 

Step 3: Enter your login User ID Email and Password, then select Login to access your SureLC admin account. 

Step 3: Once logged into their SureLC admin account, new admins will see SuranceBay's Software as a Service and Terms of Use policies. Please review and accept each of these policies to access your new SureLC admin account. Once logged in, you'll start on the Producers page, where all of your producer profiles will be managed. Use the menu on the left to navigate through the software. 

Password Recovery 

If you don't know your password, please use the Forgot Password link on the login page to update it. 

If you are unable to log in to your admin account and have tried using the forgot password option, please contact your agency manager and ask them to send you a password reset email.
