Every TPA (third party admin) or Carrier using SureLC Onboard will be provided with the weblink that will be used to access SureLC Onboard from the SuranceBay team. Since this is a web based application the weblink and login credentials should be saved by admins in their web browser or password manager for future access. 

SureLC Onboard Login Page 

Use the weblink to access the login page. Enter your admin email and password and select Login to access SureLC Onboard.

Once logged in, admins will be taken to the Contracting Requests page. 

If you have a SureLC Onboard admin account but can't remember your password. Use the Reset Password link to update your password. 

If you need access to SureLC Onboard and don't have login credentials or don't know how to get to the login please contact your SureLC Onboard office manager for assistance.
