The agencies page shows the names of ALL agencies who have access to the designated carrier for  contract submissions via SureLC. Agency cards also show the total number of contracts submitted by that agency on the bottom right. For this example, the designated carrier is North American (BESTOW).

Contracts submitted by these agencies will be shown as pending on the Contracting Requests page in SureLC Onboard for review to ensure they have met the carrier requirements before being released to the carrier or declined.
