This is the starting page when logged into your SureLC profile as a producer. Review the information shown in each section on this page to make sure it's correct and up to date BEFORE processing any new carrier contract requests. 

Welcome 

The welcome section shows the name of the agency profile that you're logged into. In the following example, agent Kraig Williams is logged into his profile with the Awesome Group Inc. 

The highlighted information above provides important information about what producers should do next after reviewing and updating the information on this page.  

Full Name 

The name section shows your name imported from NIPR upon registration. First name and middle name can be edited if needed. However, last name can only be updated in SureLC after first updating your name with the state(s) and the NIPR. 

Please note: In the event of a name change, and you've already updated your information with the state(s) and NIPR, please contact your agency for assistance updating your last name in your SureLC profile. 

Personal Info

The personal information section shows the information that was imported from the NIPR upon registration. Please note SSN, NPN, and DOB is read only and can only be updated after updating your information with the states and NIPR. 

Contact Information 

This section shows your registered contact email, phone number, fax number, and cell number. The  contact email is where you'll receive communications from the SuranceBay system. This is the email address entered when you registered for your SureLC profile. Use the pencil icon to edit if needed. 

Please note: When you have more than one SureLC profile editing your contact email will update the contact email for ALL of your SureLC accounts. 

Driver's License Info

Enter your driver's license state, number, and expiration date here when requested by your agency or carrier. This information is optional. 

Address Information 

The address information section is used to provide your residential, business, and mailing addresses. Please review ALL of your address information to make sure it's up to date. Use the Edit button to the right to update your address info.
