FINRA registration is required when selling products through a Broker Dealer (BD) or Investment Advisor (IA).  Whether or not you are a registered FINRA representative, producers should answer the FINRA question on this page.  

If you are registered with FINRA select Yes. If you're not registered with FINRA select No. 

Please note: When Yes is selected SureLC will attempt to automatically import your CRD#, Broker Dealer information, and other FINRA-related details such as State Registrations, Exams, Disclosures, etc.  When required, producer FINRA  information will be included with new carrier contracts.

FINRA data is updated at the following intervals:

• At the time of Registration in SureLC
• When you log into your SureLC Profile
• And each weekend

Please note:  Finra updates are initiated no more than once daily to your SureLC profile.  In addition, Finra reports are updated only when there are changes applied.
