Presently, agency workers can add a producer-only once to SureLC.

It may sometimes be necessary for your agency to list a producer multiple times. The most common reason for listing a producer multiple times in SureLC is because the producer is an Owner or Officer of multiple Business Entities. 

In this scenario, SuranceBay's Support Team has the ability to add the producer multiple times to your agency's SureLC account.  Simply email support@surancebay.com with the name of the producer for whom you need a duplicate record and our team will make it happen. 

PLEASE NOTE - upon creating a duplicate record, you'll need to upload pages into the duplicate producers' profile to ensure that all requisite files are included in SureLC.

• Upload Signature, E&O, Voided Check, Explanation & Court documents into the DOCUMENTS Tab.
• Licenses are NOT routinely updated through NIPR on a Duplicate record.  After the initial setup, you'll need to update and add any new licenses manually to the Duplicate profile (CLICK HERE for instructions).
