If you’re having trouble locating a Contract that was processed, it may be at a different stage of the contracting process. 

• Go to Producers
• Search for the Producer and select the Actions menu on the right
• Click View Contracting Requests
  
  

• Use the Stage drop-down menu to change the stage filter: 
  
  

Available Stages are:

• • All Active - Filters all At BGA, At Carrier, and At Producer contracting requests in one view.
  • At BGA - Contract request has been initiated and is now ready for processing by your agency.
  • At Carrier - Contract request was processed and now requires follow-up with the Carrier.
  • At Producer - Contract request awaiting completion by Producer.
  • Completed - Contract request was approved, and writing number assigned.
  • Discarded - Contract was no longer needed.
  • Withdrawn - Contract request was withdrawn from the carrier, and the record will be archived.
  • Out Of Date - Incomplete contracting requests after six months or 12 months. The parameter is based on your Agency Setting.
  • All - Includes ALL contracting requests regardless of stage or status.

While a Contract Request is being processed, it moves between 3 different stages: 

                        (1) At Producer  ->  (2) At BGA  ->  (3) At Carrier 

1. At Producer - Reflects pending contracts that have not yet been reviewed or signed by the producer. 
2. At BGA - Reflects pending contracts reviewed and signed by the producer that are ready for your agency to review and process (to send to an upline or the carrier). 
3. At Carrier - Reflects the pending contracts that were sent to the carrier that have not been marked completed or discarded. 

When a Contract is completed or discarded, it is moved to the Completed or Discarded stage.

To see all Contracting requests regardless of the stage or status, click the Stage filter and select All.

Please note: Some carriers may automatically move to the Completed stage if it is an Integrated Carrier with data feeds. For more information, click here.
