Why are Prudential carriers set up by Product Division / Business Channels?

Prudential operates internally under different Business Channels, yet their products within each division cross over the various Prudential issuing companies.

EFFECTIVE Wednesday, January 16th, 2019: To make things less confusing for your Producers and help eliminate NIGO (Not in Good Order) issues from arising, we've partnered with Prudential to setup the following companies in SureLC:

• Prudential (LIFE)
• Prudential (ANNUITIES)
• Prudential (GROUP)
• Prudential (RETIREMENT)

 

This should help take out the guess work in knowing which Prudential carrier to contract your agents under......(PRUCO?, PALAC?, PRIAC? or PICA?).  Just select the desired Business Channel and you'll have all related forms needed.

 

Product lines are allocated as follows under each Business Channel:
