Now that your agency is using SureLC for new producer onboarding, licensing, and contracting, you’ll need to invite producers to register under your agency’s SureLC account in order to work with them in SureLC.
Key Reminder
👉Producers who already have a SureLC account with another agency must still register using your agency’s link. Producers will have a separate profile and login credentials under each agency account.

<Your_Agency_Name> is using SureLC to simplify and expedite new producer onboarding, licensing, and contracting. Follow the instructions below to complete your registration:

Registration Steps
- Click the registration link above
- Select “Register New Account”
- Enter the required information
- Use your email address as your username (ensure accuracy)
- Click “Create Account”
Next Steps
- Check your email for an activation message from setup@surancebay.com
- Activate your account and create your password
- Log in and accept the Terms of Use
- Complete your profile by reviewing all sections for accuracy
After Registration
- Submit contract requests via Contracting → Requests
- View active contracts under the Contracts tab
- Bookmark the login page for future access
