Reporting capability for production on each user

I would like the ability to be able to run reports on how many contracts users in each agency are processing.  Being able to show proof of the production for each employee would be extremely helpful.

Maksim, we will need metrics, not just userId as they will next request breakdown per carrier/contract type, how much time is spent by producer vs office worker, etc. Please review the process logs we have for example for license renewals/NRL and schedule that feature

I'm not understanding what you telling me.  I just want the capability of seeing how many contracts I process out of SureLC and do not need it broken down by carrier.  My office processes all of the work on behalf of our agents.

Sorry Tish - the original Comment was intended for another of our IT guys rather than to you.

As of now - we're not planning on implementing this due to low response/request.  We can, however, have a discussion over the phone related to developing what's needed on a custom development basis for your agency.

This functionality now exists. Open SureLC, go to Reports. Then, run Appointments By Producer Report. There, you'll see a column listing the agency admin who processed the contract(s). You can export into Excel and manipulate the report as needed.
