ONE Email sent to Agency when a producer signs up for multiple carriers

When a producer signs up for multiple carriers seperate emails are sent to my inbox. Producer selects ten carriers I receive tem seperate emails. Can the system just send ONE email with ALL carriers selected once the producer has finished?
