License Listing - Quick print full list

It would be nice if there was a way to quickly print a full list of the Producers licenses in the same list format they come  through when processing a contract.....Maybe a download button on the license tab?

This would be extremely helpful without having to add an appointment.

A question for everyone reading this post:

Can you provide reasoning for wanting this function?

If you Click on Appointments, then select "Add State" from the Request Type (Instead of Contract or Transfer) ... you should obtain just the licensing print out form (and NOT all the other carriers' forms).  FYI - for those agencies paying Per-Contract fees vs. monthly subscription fees .... when you select the option of "Add State" you are NOT charged a Per-Contract fee.

SuranceBay appreciates everyone's feedback on this, please continue to provide them.

This would be great as a lot of the time we just need to print an agents license not just get them licensed with a carrier.

Hello all,

SuranceBay needs additional information on this request. If you process an "Add-State" request type for the producer, the current list of all licenses will be generated/emailed to you (if you select Administrator and/or BGA).

From a workflow standpoint - the amount of time it takes to generate the PDF by going through "add-state", send to Administrator/BGA  vs. enabling the ability to "quick print" licenses from the producer's SureLC Licenses Tab are the same (no difference in time vs. buttons pressed).

For that reason - SuranceBay is asking our clients for more information related to how implementing this request will save you, our users, time. Please do provide comments & feedback here. We're all open to enhancing the system for the benefit of our users - but at first glance, the functionality already exists to easily obtain this document/form in about the same # of clicks.

Hi Brian,

I don't think any of us were aware of the "quick print" ability.  I think the "quick print" ability makes more sense if this can be done from the admin side.  Is this something that you have to enable for us?
