On the Work Inbox can the carriers be placed in alphabetical order? Also when you select a carrier and you see the agents name that is pending, there are a few things I think would be useful to add. When I call to check on status of an agent's licensing it would help for it to show the agents SSN and whether the agent is being set up as individual, loa, business entity. This way I don't have to go back and fourth between different screens.

We are planning to update the Work Inbox screens to a newer design in the near future.
For security reasons we are unable to display the full SSN on the screen but could definitely show the last 4 digits, if that would help. I'll also see about adding the DBA type, as well.
Since this is an old request I can report that the carrier list is automatically alphabetized at this point.
