Would it be possible to consider adding the following enhancements to the SuranceBay system?:

· Make the Commissions Schedule drop-down menu wider

o We have multiple schedules to choose from for many of our carriers and we usually need to use the horizontal scroll bar to view the whole schedule name. It would be easier if the drop-down menu was a little wider so there would be no use for the horizontal scroll bar.

· Add note to carrier-specific background questions page under the appointment request that species only the questions marked with a red asterisk are required and any questions without the asterisk the producer can skip

o We have had multiple producers call us in frustration while trying to request an appointment. They get to the page that would ask a few required carrier-specific background questions, but also questions that are not required to move on. The producers become frustrated because they do not know the answer to these questions and do not know that they are not required.
