Suggestion - Empower Brokerage - Driver License Box - Required Field
Suggestion:
Have the driver’s license box on the agent’s NIPR page highlighted red and made a mandatory field. When this information is left off, it slows down contracting.

We don't need the driver's license box for the carriers we use so I would rather this be an option under validation rules to set up as a mandatory field if it is wanted by an agency. Like the E&O & AML .

We are planning to add a validation rule that will allow each agency to designate whether the DL #, state, and/or expiration date are required for a producer to request an appointment.
