I would like to have an option for selecting "commission level" in the same step where you now select "contract", "transfer", etc. and then have the only forms show up being the ones that need to be sent in for commission level changes. We do a ton of these and to select something like hierarchy and then try to remember which forms are needed carrier by carrier is not good.
