Continung educatoin maangemnt adn tracking for producers.

Add the ability to track a producer's CE requirements for general license renewals. Similar to Clear cert for LTC and would offer a reminder to complete courses for ethics, etc required for an agent to renew resident state license.

There's a new functionality that is going to be enabled in November from NIPR whereby CE requirements are going to be provided and SuranceBay can incorporate for you.

NIPR charges $0.12 per month per NPN in order to obtain this information automatically.
