It would be great if there was capability within the system to send a "review request" of sorts to an agent on the Training tab within SureLC to assist with "Downloading from LIMRA" to prove completion of this training to those carriers that do no receive direct feeds. We would like to have a link we could forward to agents that would take them directly to this section of SureLC to make this process more streamlined for the agent.
