For pending appointment requests in the workinbox, it would be super helpful if there was an option to request a status update from the carrier by SureLC sending an email to the carrier, including the agents info (name, SSN, DOB, etc), asking for the carrier to provide a status update on the agent's appointment. Would this be possible?
