Check data inputted in SureLC before marking the tab green

It would be very helpful to have the system check the data that is being input in SureLC under the agents "My Information" tabs (E&O, voided check, SCAN, etc.) to make sure the actual document is there. We ran a contract and the tabs were all green so we were ok to proceed and we process almost 300 contracts a month in SureLC so we don't double check every tab. It let us proceed and submit the contract and the agents signature was missing from the contract.

That makes us look incompetent because we trusted the SureLC system without thoroughly overlooking the contract before submitting. In the future we will double check the contracts before submitting, however if this change was made it would make our lives a lot easier and we would be able to process more contracts because of it.

Thank you!

Many thanks for this posting!

Within the producer's information tab, SureLC does include validation checkmarks for each tab.  For the situation described above, the problem was that a "blank" signature page, and hence, a "blank" signature image, was included as part of the contracting paperwork.

At this time, when a blank signature page (and thus, a blank signature image because the producer didn't sign the page) is uploaded into SureLC, SureLC doesn't make the distinction between a 'blank' signature image vs. a signature image that was provided. This is by design (see the last entry on this page: https://surancebay.zendesk.com/entries/40867120-Producer-Setup-Packet).

If there's any other validation issues/problems within SureLC - we cordially request all of our users to post their comments here so that SuranceBay's IT team can work to resolve them.
