Contract Review

Allow the option to send the contract review for all contracts, even when they aren't required. Right now the option is only there for the required carriers. Some agents like them for all contracts and it is easier to send the link.

SuranceBay is actually in the midst of updating ALL carriers to "Require Review" but all producers. Effectively immediately, SuranceBay is updating all carriers on a systematic basis to ensure that request types of "Contract" and "Transfer" require the producer to review the paperwork prior to their signature getting affixed to the relevant carrier paperwork.

Please note that request types of "Add State" and "Hierarchy" and "Payment" will NOT require the producer to review.
