Good morning,

I have run across something that would be helpful in the future. In the appointment screen we are able to see the email that was send to the processor of that contract and obtain the contract. Unfortunately if any changes are made and emailed to the administrator, it cancels out the previous email. I think it would be helpful to “bank” the previous emails so all actions are able to be viewed and to see the trail of events and why the contract was changed or submitted differently.

Just a thought.
